Center for Sales and Customer Development
To facilitate innovation, understanding and education in sales and customer development issues, the Center for Sales and Customer Development (CSCD) creates opportunities for student collaboration with the professional sales and business community. As part of the Department of Marketing in the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, the CSCD is grounded in proven coursework topped off by programs that offer experience-centered learning.
Mission of CSCD
To advance knowledge and prepare future leaders in the sales area by enhancing educational, research and professional opportunities for MU students and faculty in collaboration with sales practitioners, consultants and academic partners across the globe.

Inside Sales Lab
As part of the CSCD, the Inside Sales Lab encourages partnerships with leading companies to develop future sales leaders while offering students hands-on learning. This dynamic initiative also provides researchers the resources for conducting research to develop sales tools and techniques.
