Dongchul Kim is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Management in the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri. His primary research interests focus on stigma perceptions, social identity, leadership, and turnover. In particular, his current projects examine the underlying mechanisms through which job-related stigma perceptions (e.g., occupation, work unit, work role) influence employee outcomes.
