High-performing students are given the opportunity to develop leadership skills and business acumen through the Cornell Leadership Program, a carefully designed set of experiences over four years. As a participant you will be able to take part in executive luncheons, delve into current business issues, be a part of service opportunities and travel to various cities to learn first-hand about global business.

With learning opportunities that include travel, seminars and access to advisors and career coaches, you’ll have an exclusive experience to learn about what it takes to be a successful and ethical leader. Furthermore, you can go on to be a leader in the program and help shape its future.

Cornell Leadership Program participants receive a $500 non-renewable scholarship and benefit from program-specific scholarships. Students have the opportunity to participate in corporate trips to locations such as Dallas, Denver and New York City.
